30. I use zealous daggers with +5e, I never have any energy issues unless I get unlucky and stop critting for a while.

Yeeh ;P It can, that build is doing 7 min runs for me. Tested about 200 variations off it but thats the only one that guarantees never to mess up and do to it as effectively as possible at the same time.
Oh yeah, and thanks a lot for the farmspot ^^ It's fun, and Bladed Shields allmost seem common here

Finally found a build again that works, at least for me that is !
After 5 runs also got a nice long sword drop.

This looks like a great, fun little run! Thanks for posting the video, I'm going to bring my assassin home for a little visit soon, I think!
Edit, btw: Respectfully, it's "Minister Cho". He didn't go through four years of Minister school to have people call him "Mister".

I used to do this run fairly regularly on a 55 mo/n with spoil victor.
I did get a serpent axe there back when they sold for a decent amount, but after they were no longer one of the rarest items in the game.

I take it Mo/N with the same skill bar can do the run too, no? Looks more fun than farming Vaettirs to get legendary survivor fo 36 max.

These are canthan serpent axes , they were never that rare , whild Tyrian gold+uninscript ones are still one of the rarest skins in game ~ gold , decent req. and inherent mod , which only dropped in HoH and can't be obtained anymore..
The difference between the two skins is that Canthans are smaller and don't dye fully.
Also , for all the Mesmer lovers out there , there's a build that can farm the quest pretty nicely with Sig of Midnight+Epidemic=perma blind and above all .... fun !
Cheers!

Where , what ... does anyone have a link to that build or mind sharing it - i think the op should gather some of these builds and put on first post - bit lilke the post on vaetire builds. Could always check with marty if its ok to make a new all professions post for cho`s estate.
We could do with new/updated guides for farms - i miss the days when we had a lot of farms being discussed here in farming section - it used to get ppl trying diff farms as well as improving builds/methods

You should be able to. You can also use Spoil Victor for it( As Thom before you says in his post ). Maby even better for the drops, to kill them one by one. I use to do it myself that way.

I will do that somewhere this weekend, off to work now, and tomorrow guru tourney
Any class can farm this, it just needs some creativity.

Here's a video of the 55 Nec doing it using SS, as has already been stated you can use SV too. Its not the most amazing farm out there but its pretty easy and does usually yield a shed load of grapes and a couple of golds with a couple of potential elite tomes.

I might have a look at making a mes version

they actually have a chance of dropping warrior tomes and if you are going for survivor its easy exp pts, but other than that they dont drop anything.
i do this farm sometimes on my sin because i <3 plagueborn weapons so much and ive been looking for a perfect bo staff for my rit and I finally got one from this farm so its now my favorite farm ever. the old school drops are really cool too and brings back nostalgia moments.

I tried the sin build in op (thanks for that btw), and was able to do it, but then realized my monk can do it much easier and more effectively...and the k/d's are no problem with IAU. This is the only place i've ever gotten a gold bo staff as a drop and gold shields are pretty common (crude, bladed)
mo/n 55hp
IAU
Prot Spirit
Spirit Bond
Spiteful Spirit
Insidious Parasite
Necrotic Transversal (to get past the gate w/o dumdum Cho following you)
Essence Bond
Balthazar's Spirit
does remind me of back in the day when I first learned to 55, so fun from that perspective

Just gave it a go as 55 monk using this: OwQVc4G6inCFKPYPoeAkgmMMQfQeAA. The only problem is you can't kill guard groups behind the Zoo. Scribe dude removes enchantments and you're done. So I end my run after killing four guards at Zoo entrance. Experience gain per run: 5892.
Lots of sword and axe drops, several req 9 golds. Might continue farming it for +5 en Katana or Serpent Axe.
